CRS Product Release Summary – June 2025
Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP)
- The MDPCP Y7 Performance Reports are now available.
- MDPCP Y6 Performance Reports have been updated to reflect complete CY2024 utilization and beneficiaries.
Medicare Performance Adjustment (MPA) Program
The MPA Y8 reports are now available. Refer to the updated user guide for more information.
- To compensate for claim lag and run on, the MPA Y8 reports exclude the latest 3 months of CCLF; that is, claims through January 2025 are reflected in this release.
Medicare Analytics and Data Engine (MADE)/DEX
- Attribution in MADE and DEX now reflect MPA Y8 attribution.
- Beneficiaries are made available in accordance with MATT submissions for MPA Y8 attesting to Care Coordination Agreements with Clinician and Facility Partners.
- PHI access via an IP or ED touch at the hospital is not changed.
Care Transformation Initiatives (CTIs)
Data Updates:
- CTI DEX files updated for episodes through March 2025.
- CTI Performance Year 3 Final Reconciliation.
- Care Transformation Profiler reports are updated through March 2025.
Medicare Claim and Claim Line Feed (CCLF) Reports
CCLF data has been updated to include data through April 2025.
Casemix
The following RY26 reports have been updated on the CRS Portal with Final data through Calendar Year 2024:
Quality Based Reimbursement (QBR)
- Emergency Department Length of Stay (ED LOS) Performance Period
The following RY27 reports have been updated on the CRS Portal with Preliminary data through April:
1. Readmissions Reductions Incentive Program (RRIP)
- Summary and Details Static
- Patient Adversity Index
- Excessive Days in Acute Care

2. Maryland Hospital Acquired Conditions Program (MHAC)
- Static Details (Preliminary)
3. Quality Based Reimbursement (QBR)
- Timely Follow-up (Medicare only)
- 30 Day All-Cause Mortality
- Inpatient (IP) Mortality
- QBR Calculation Sheet and Base Period
- Emergency Department Length of Stay (ED LOS) (Preliminary)
4. Potentially Avoidable Utilization (PAU)
- Reference and Savings Static
- Avoidable Admissions Tableau
- Multi-Visit Patient Static
5. Hospital Population Health Programs
- Inpatient (IP) Diabetes Screening
