MPA Monitoring Reports

Overview

Reports to support hospitals understand performance under the HSCRC Medicare Performance Adjustment (MPA) Program. The MPA Monitoring Report allows hospital users to track utilization and cost for attributed beneficiaries and understand how their hospital compares to other Maryland hospitals on various metrics for Medicare FFS beneficiaries. As this report is focused on analysis of attributed beneficiaries, references to hospitals or facilities are typically referring to the attributed beneficiaries of that facility (the MPA Assigned Facility) rather than those beneficiaries directly receiving care at the facility.
