Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP)

• The MDPCP Reports from Y1 (2019) through Y5 (2023) were removed from the MDPCP Reporting Suite.
• The AHU/EDU Report and TPCC Report in the Y6 and Y7 reporting suites are now updated with Q4 performance data (October through December).
• 2025 Q2 attribution is available in the Y7 reporting suite.

Public Health Dashboard

As part of ongoing data improvements, CRS has updated the county variable used in the Public Health Dashboard. This update primarily impacts data for Baltimore City and Baltimore County from July 2022 onward.

MPA Attribution Tracking Tool (MATT)

The MPA Attribution Tracking Tool (MATT) is available for hospitals to upload their provider partners for CY2025. Hospitals should submit lists of MPA Y8 Clinician and Facility Partners, and confirm their CTO Partners, in MATT before May 25th, 2025, in order to be reflected in MADE and DEX for June release.

Care Transformation Initiatives (CTIs)

Data Updates:

• CTI DEX files updated for episodes through February 2024.
• Care Transformation Profiler reports are updated through February 2024.

Medicare Claim and Claim Line Feed (CCLF) Reports

• CCLF data has been updated to include data through March 2025.
• The race data in the CCLF reports has been updated. For additional details please see the latest Report Updates available in the CRS Portal. You can access them by clicking the “Report Updates” button, highlighted below.

Casemix

The following RY27 reports were updated with preliminary data through March 2025 on May 9th, 2025.
