Implementation Timeline
Frederick Memorial Hospital manages 3 to 4 month implementation timelines for the average project. This implementation includes an initial assessment of technology and workflow to prepare the practice for system deployment. Then, the project team consisting of our staff and the practice staff collaborate on building templates for the application, workflow redesign to optimize EHR and HIE benefits, deployment of technology and applications, training, conversion of legacy electronic information, go-live cutover, and ongoing support and maintenance. Ongoing training for updated versions of the system is also provided, often by webinar.
In addition, FMH can assist practices with system selection and education about EHRs, meaningful use and related regulatory compliance. FMH also assists providers with preparing for and reporting on meaningful use achievements. Such assistance is part of FMH’s ongoing and consultative support for continuing efficiency, quality and outcomes improvement.

Not currently; FMH continues to provide technical support for providers using other EHRs
Do any of your EHR offerings have the ability to connect to the CRISP HIE?
FMH is currently in the process of executing the CRISP subscription agreement.
