Implementation Timeline
We will assign an onsite personal representative, Rohan D’Souza, to coordinate, answer questions and communicate with CRISP and its physicians. His top priority will be to understand all the complexities and nuances of the physicians’ operations. D’Souza & Associates always used a measured approach to transition. In our experience, hasty implementation, no matter how well intended, or how capable the technical solution, leads to frustration and risk. There will be more assigned onsite representatives as needed and based on the size and scope of the projects. The number of staff will be also dependant on the size and scope of the projects.  D’Souza & Associates guarantees that they will leave no project under-manned or under-staffed.
We have leveraged this approach in all our implementations, regardless of the size of the program or project, and it has provided tremendous value as a structured, yet flexible methodology. D’Souza & Associates understands the importance and objectives of the transition process. This project requires a broad set of skills and proven experience with a structured and disciplined approach to program and comprehensive Task Order Management. Although we have extensive experience and knowledge with implementing solutions and have a team of experts to leverage these skills, we realize that this team will be fully effective only if it is properly managed by an effective and transparent management framework. We will execute our approach as a tightly integrated team with multiple levels of accountability
D’Souza & Associates will provide detailed status reporting of the project progress on a weekly basis and conduct a monthly program review. D’Souza & Associates will implement a proven and successful issues management process. This process includes the policies, procedures, tools, and supporting infrastructure required to proactively identify, document, communicate, and address the issues that arise during the project’s lifecycle. For each issue identified, the team will determine the best alternatives, action plans, and resolutions that will ensure success. We will maintain an issues log that will be continually updated with all known issues and their status. D’Souza & Associates will also have a consolidated customer support line for patients and physicians, as well as a guaranteed ticketing system.
