Implementation Timeline
To drive outreach and enrollment, ACES holds regular public events – both in-person and virtual – educating physicians about health IT and the ACES Program. At each of these events, physicians will have the opportunity to enroll in the ACES MSO.  Interested practices are contacted by the ACES Implementation Team to schedule demonstrations and answer questions regarding contracting, billing, workflow analysis, implementation, and support.  If necessary, the ACES Team will arrange an IT assessment for the practice.  During implementation, primary training and support is provided by the EHR vendor will full oversight and project management by ACES staff.  If necessary, ACES staff can provide additional EHR support.  Throughout the implementation and training process, practices have direct access to ACES staff.

After "go-live," ACES practices continue to have dedicated support for maintenance and support, clinical workflow redesign, and Meaningful Use reporting.

Do you assist Providers with EHR’s that you do not support?
While ACES is primarily supporting eClinicalWorks and Allscripts EHR offerings, integration with other EHR platforms will be decided on a case-by-case basis

Do any of your EHR offerings have the ability to connect to the CRISP HIE?
The ACES Health Information Exchange (ACES HIE) is currently in the testing phase with CRISP.  The ACES HIE will be integrated to ensure that all ACES physicians can seamlessly exchange data with CRISP.  In addition, at no cost to ACES practices, the ACES HIE will be integrated with Adventist HealthCare facilities - including Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and Washington Adventist HealthCare - as well as local laboratory and radiology facilities.
